2. Subscription Plans, Setup Fee, and Payment:

We offer the following subscription plans:
Monthly Plan: $45 per month
Annual Plan: $450 per year (equivalent to 2 months free)
In addition to the subscription fee, there is a one-time setup fee of $299, which covers the loading of the chart of accounts and forms. This setup fee includes the first month’s subscription.

We may offer discount coupons to reduce the one-time setup fee. A common discount is $200 off the setup fee, which would reduce the one-time fee to $99.

You may upgrade or downgrade between the monthly and annual plans. This will only affect the payment amount and frequency, not your subscription to ZipBooks.com.

All payments are processed via Stripe, and we do not store any payment information.

3. Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your subscription at any time through our website. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the expiration of your current subscription period. No refunds or credits are provided for unused time.
Upon cancellation, your ZipBooks.com account will also be terminated, and all data associated with that account will be lost. By agreeing to these terms, you also agree not to use ZipBooks.com independently after canceling your subscription with us.

4. Intellectual Property:

All content on ZipBooksREI.com, including step-by-step directions and forms, is proprietary and copyrighted by ZipBooksREI.com. You may not distribute, reproduce, or resell any of our content without our written permission.

5. Liability Disclaimer:
